Equal parts marketer, futurist, business strategist and creative thinker, Christopher has worked at the intersection of technology, marketing, entertainment, philanthropy, advertising and politics. A true digital veteran, he brings a unique perspective to the power and possibilities for businesses and other organizations in today’s interactive world.
As the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Omidyar Network, he led global marketing, networking, and communications for the $1.5 BN impact investment firm created by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar. Prior to that, he was Sr. Vice President at GMMB, the leading political and cause related consulting firm whose clients included Obama for President, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Visa, and the United Nations Foundation.
In 2001 Christopher founded and served as Managing Partner of Full Contact, a communications firm that provides highly experienced, fully integrated advertising and marketing services. As Managing Director of Modem Poppe, an interactive agency, he launched the firm’s Hong Kong office and headed their Asia Pacific operations. His adventures included a 2-year stint at Ogilvy & Mather in Barcelona positioning Spanish brands in the Japanese market, and at Digitas, a leading digital marketing agency, Christopher played a key role in its international expansion.
Christopher’s overriding focus is on accelerating positive social change. He is a board advisor to the PlaceFund, The Impact Guild and Little Sun.
